an lA wish come true

On November 10, 2022, Anastasia and Barbara gathered at Seventh Place in downtown Los Angeles to renew their vows in front of dear friends and family.

Anastasia and Barbara first met through mutual friends in 2014. They started hanging out at social gatherings and soon became close.  Before long, they fell in love and decided to marry. They exchanged vows at a Beverly Hills courthouse and set off on their new married life together.

In June of 2020, Anastasia began having some concerning issues with her breast. After a series of tests, she was sadly diagnosed with stage 2B breast cancer. She underwent a mastectomy and was hopeful for a full recovery. A few months later, however, she started experiencing pain in her hip. The test results were devastating. Her cancer had metastasized to her bones and liver. She is actively receiving treatment and is trying to remain hopeful, despite the very difficult side effects she frequently experiences.

We loved meeting these beautiful women and were honored to help them renew their vows. From day one, our amazing planner Francesca Mueller of Cross Street Events went above and beyond to make this wish an extra special one.

From the cozy, romantic setting, to the gorgeous wildflowers, delicious SoCal cuisine and super fun dance party, Anastasia and Barbara were celebrated well and basked in the love of the incredible community they have created.

We are eternally grateful to the many people who came together to shower our couple with so much love.
